I love tribute bands. Not only must they sound like their idols, but they often emulate their look and behavior as well. The Ultimate Beatles at Half Moon Putney, which I caught as a Resident Artist, capture the Fab Four's many stages with lifelike costumes. Since seeing the real band is no longer possible, this band—using authentic instruments and gear—delights crowds with Beatles classics. Plus, Cliff Smith looks amazingly like George Harrison.
