We hope that you will be completely happy with your Artwork, but in the unlikely event that you are not happy, please contact the gallery immediately on email@example.com, explaining the problem. If the Artwork is damaged on arrival, please send photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging if that is damaged too.
If there’s been any mistake on our part and the Artwork is not what you ordered or is damaged on arrival, you can return the work to us and we will refund your money including shipping costs. We ask that you use the original packaging and pack the Artwork with due care. If you wish we can arrange for the Artwork to be collected by our carrier InXpress including insurance.
If you change your mind and decide to return the Artwork to us, please inform us within 14 days of placing your order and please use the original packaging to return the Artwork to the Return Name and Address on the packaging. Once the Artwork has been safely returned we will refund you the cost of the item, but the shipping is your responsibility. See Terms and Conditions.
