Ranger's House, Greenwich London by David Richardson

A plein air pencil, ink and watercolour painting.
I drew this a couple of years ago. After climbing the steep hill from the Cutty Sark, I found the perfect spot to sit and capture the view of this grand Georgian mansion.
Initially built for a naval officer, the mansion later became the home of Augusta, sister of George III, and subsequently the residence of the Ranger of Greenwich Park.
With its elegant architecture and historic charm, it has also served as a filming location for numerous television and film productions, including Bridgerton, Sunday Bloody Sunday and Sense and Sensibility.
