We escaped to Ischia, Capri's serene sister isle, and discovered a cafe with  views of a small beach near the Castello Aragonese. Below us, a group of women relaxed together, applying sunscreen to each other's skin, dipping their toes in the Mediterranean's warm waters, serenely chatting. This oil portrait celebrates the joys of female friendship
