In the hidden alleys of Venice, I stumbled upon this tightrope artist, garbed in a maid's uniform with a feather duster and a dainty umbrella. Her whited up face stood out in contrast to the terracotta of the building  of the palazzi and the azure of the Mediterannean sky.
