Acadian Strings' four-piece band features twin fiddles, guitar, and Carol Wilson on bass, playing Cajun dance music with a touch of western swing. They play traditional and new compositions, plus beautiful, sad waltzes. I caught them at Leigh on Sea Folk Festival and was inspired by the relationship between Carol and her bass.
