Collaged Elephant Original Textile By Diana Mckinnon

An original textile embroidery built up with layers of Kaffe Fassett fabrics. When the fabrics are in place free machine motion embroidery is used to suggest the folds of elephant skin. The collage is then stitched onto died silk fabric and wrapped around a canvas. It does not have a frame
