This collaged giraffee is an original textile embroidery built up with layers of Kaffe Fassett fabrics. When the fabrics are held in place free motion embroidery is then stitched to suggest the patterns and skin of the giraffee. The collage is stitched onto recycled furnishing fabric and wrapped in place round a canvas frame. It does not have an edged frame.
