Two of our Skylark Galleries artists, Carol Edgar and Diana McKinnon, will be exhibiting their works with SMAG ART at St Michaels and All Angels Church, in Blackheath, SE London, from 17th to 27th November 2021.

SMAG ART began when a group of local artists thought of using the beautiful space that is St. Michael and All Angels Church, as an art gallery. SMAG Art Ltd now runs two exhibitions per year, usually in May/June and November, with the aim of raising funds for local charities, as well as showcasing local talent. They also sell artwork online.

The exhibition will run for two weeks from 17th to the 27th November 2021.

Summer Garden by Carol Edgar. Oil on box canvas, 61 x 45.5cm.

Diana McKinnon will be displaying her delicate textile embroidery works and Carol Edgar will be showing her semi-abstract landscapes.

Diana is one of our newest artists to join the collective; in contrast, Carol has been a member for about 20 years!

St Michael’s and All Saints church is located at 1, Pond Road, Blackheath, SE3 9JL. The official opening night will be from 6.30pm on Thursday 18th November 2021.
