Wilf Frost, an artist in Skylark Galleries 1 at Gabriel’s Wharf, is presenting a 2-part show of his anthropomorphic characters in unusual and domestic settings.
Part 1 will be from Mon 20th July until Tues 26th July. Part 2 will be from Mon 3rd August until Sun 16th August.
There’s a special show by Saskia Ellis Holden nestled between the events, where she will exhibit some of her recent colourful abstracts.
To describe his show, Wilf says:
‘My theme I’m working on at the moment is humans with animal’s heads. I’m exploring anthropomorphism; animals given human characteristics and vice versa. I’m also interested in the different narratives that animals can give to a work of art.’
