My work is inspired by the natural world. After studying at St Martin’s School of Art, I gained
a degree in Textile Design at Winchester School of Art and my enthusiasm for pattern has
had a huge influence on my painting. I am particularly interested in the reflections and
distortions found in water.

Having lived in London since the age of ten, I frequently paint scenes from London’s parks
and gardens. My love of exotic flowers and succulents has taken me to botanic gardens all
over the world and I have enjoyed painting coastal scenes from my holidays in South of
England. I sometimes include animals and people to give a narrative to my paintings but my
main aim is to convey a sense of wonder at the colours, shapes and textures all around us.
